This post is kind of a continuing post from my other about wedding dresses. But now I will show some wedding cakes for your inspiration.

On Saturdays, just before I go to the beach and always make an easy and light meal, so I don't starve and I may go to the beach without problems. So that's why normally I prepare a nice sandwich.
This week, I will give you one great recipe of sandwich made with ranch product.

Ingredients (for one person):
- 1 bread (I used what its called grandmothers bread and its large and plan)
- 1/4 onion
- 1 hand full of white mushrooms chopped in quarters
- 1/2 Portobello mushroom sliced
- Grated cheese
- 2 mini chorizos, sliced

Cut the bread in 2 and put it aside.
Start by heating the grill and make sure its really hot.
Put the onion, mushrooms and chorizo in the grill and time to time, turn them.
Five minutes later, everything will be ready.
Put everything on the bread mix some grated cheese and enjoy it!
Pretty simple, right? If you prepared this for more than one person, just multiply the quantities.

Advice: If you will prepare this for your dinner, you make consider and drink a glass of sangria. It will be great!

No, I not getting married or engaged! The true is I love wedding dresses regardless my lack of desire of getting marry.
I just love the dresses and I also love designed teh wedding invitation for Vera and João. Really like to have mor jobs in this area.

During summer I like light, healthy and practical food which allow me not to spend much time in the kitchen cooking elaborated meals which - by the way - makes your home and you hotter. But even with all this reasons I do not leave taste behind because I love good food for stomach and eyes.

That is why today I will share with you my new recipe that is easy to prepare and its also really tasty which I named "Rustic Sandwich".


Ingredients:
- Bread with seeds
- 1/4 onion
- Garlic in powder
- 1 hand full of mushrooms chopped in quarters
- 1 egg
- Parsley or fresh coriander
- Grated cheese
- Ruccola (you may switch ruccola with lettuce)

Cut the bread and put it aside.
Put a few drops of olive oil in a pan with the onion and the garlic. Let warm up and immediately throw into the pan the mushrooms and stir. This step will take only one or two minutes.
Your mushrooms are ready when they have this golden colour. Put the egg on top of everything, do not stir him and put some parsley or coriander (what you prefer most).
Two minutes and your egg will be cooked.
Put everything on the bread, mix it with the cheese and ruccola and its done!

Seung Mo Park, from Korea, uses an unique technique to draw human figures and faces. Cuts layers of wire so, in the end, all layeres shows the figure.
The effect is really cool!
This artist always worked with metal and most of his pieces result from metal and wire transformation.

By request I will give you my recipe of Bruschetta of Sausage.
According by my own classification, its very simple, easy and great for summer lunch because is so rapid to prepare and you do not waste time with elaborated cooking skills. Beside that, its really good and you are free to use all type of ingredients!

Ingredients:
- Sausage (Personally I used 3 units, because they were really small like miniatures)
- 1/4 onion
- Spice (I normally buy small packets of spices, its a mix of lots of spices - which is great to use on everything)
- 1 leaf of basil cutted in pieces
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- Parsley or fresh coriander
- Ruccola

To start, heat up very well one pan and place there the slice of bread. Leave it there for a few seconds - it might be very quickly if the pan is really hot - and with a help of a lid press a bit the bread and turn over. This step will take about 1 minute, but make sure the pan is very hot.
Put the bread aside!
Meanwhile you already cut coarsely the onion and the sausage. You don't need to be very carefully with the cuts ok?
Use the same pan and put olive oil on it. Put a few herbs - or you can only use salt and pepper - then the onion and the sausage. Start cooking the egg.
Stir well and make sure everything its well cooked. Spread a little bit of parsley over it.
This step will take 5 minutes. And while everything is getting cooked, you may prepare the salad, ruccola and small pieces of onion and its done!

Now the sausage and the eggs are done, place them on top of the bread. Put the basil and I hae everything done!
And good appetite!
