As you might have noticed, I've been seen animation films...
So this month is Animation Film Month.
Today is about Hell and Back, an animation film made with plasticine and is so much funny.

This film is about the funny journey of 3 friends living in an amusement park and one goes to hell after falling with his word. The other 2 follow him to rescue him.
During this journey, they met the Devil, a very sexy angel, a hero and a semi-demon.
Some famous actors gave voice to this characters.
So damn good!

Today's film is extraordinary!
Mary and Max is an animation film, made from plasticine in sepia and black / white colors.

The story is about Mary an Australian girl and Max and American middle-age man who becomes friends, sending letter an gifts to each other.
Mary grows up fascinated by Max, and him sees himself confronted by Mary's questions.

We - women - work, we have our personal life, we have our hobbies, our families... The majority of us never have time for ourselves, the 'me' time is so 'very super much' important time to have once in a while.
Once in a while, we should stop being wife, stop being the boss, the employee, the mother, the sister or daughter. Why?

Let see it!

We all know women spent more time taking care of the house daily tasks than men.
We all know women spent more time taking care of children than men.
We all know women have to work twice as hard as men to gain as much as they do.
The majority of women still have to fight for their basic rights... so, this means a lot about our society.

Women need a 'me' time once in a while. A certain period of time where she is nothing but herself. A certain period of time, she can do what she wants, without others to bother or interfere.
During this period of time, is important women to regain strength for her daily tasks. And many of us - I know you too - have trouble with memory, probably due to stress or been exhausted.
Remembering things throughout the day, can be difficult and sometime the all idea of having stuff to do and so little time can be exhausting itself.

My little trick is, prioritize! Always!! No matter what. Even if you think "Oh all my stuff is important, I don't know what to do first", take a deep breath, relax your body and muscles and you will know you can do it. You always have prioritized so... Do it once again.

Get a note book

Another good thing to do, is write done everything! Get a note book.
Forget you Ipad, Iphone, forget all technologies. If you write it on your gadget, automatically you will be tempted to check emails, facebook, etc... You will be distracted by other secondary tasks.
Get a note book! In the morning, check what you have to do, and repeat checking in the evening.

Get a journal

If you want to take your 'me' time to the next level, get a journal!
Personally I have a dream journal and a sketch journal.
I admit my sketch journal is a little overdue, but i still have it. But my dream journal is just next to my bed.
Having a journal, no matter the type, is very important to exercise memory. In fact, my dream journal helped me to reinforce my memory.
Its very normal, when you wake up, your dream start to fade away and forcing it to stay for a few more minutes in your memory while you write it down, can and will help your mind to exercise and to be more flexible.
With this type of journal, you are having a ‘me’ time once a day and working your memory.

Some days ago, a friend offered me bags (I don't know how many kilograms!) of tomato cherry and long tomato. All biologic!! Amazing...
Normally I only use tomato in sauces so immediately I thought about making tomato sauce for the rest of this year!

Ingredients:

- 2 chopped onions
- several parts of garlic
- olive oil
- basil

Because the tomatoes were small size, I didn't peel them...
In a large pan, put the olive oil, onion, garlic and basil. Later add the tomatoes chopped in half or quarter.
Start to smash them and if, needed, add some water. Stir well when smashing them so it will not stick to the bottom of the pan.
With an electronic wand, finish to mince the tomatoes and let it boil some time.

Later, pour the sauce with the help of a ... to jars. Those jars need to be well clean and sterilized (for that put them in a pan and let the water boil).
I got 8 jars with organic tomato sauce.

Put into the freezer the jars you will not need for now and take them out only when you need.

... beach day! Is October, I know but there is some pretty good beach days yet. I can tell you this was one of the best beach day of 2016!
So glad I was not lazy and went to the beach.

I've been on holidays, a short holidays and I pretend to do nothing except: eat, sleep and watch films. This will be my major last holidays of  2017...

I've already seen some films, the majority, anime films.

Today I will be showing, The Boy and the Beast.
The film is about a boy who recently lost his mother and decides to live alone in the streets of Tokyo, against every-bodies will. Until one day, he meets the beast and decides to follow him. The friendship between those 2, begun and the beast is like a father for the boy. They both train and became stronger.

The ideals from the movie are very strong but the film is also funny and you will stick to the story from the beginning until the end. I love it!
Visually is very Ghibli Studio and I enjoy very much the drawing style and the colours.
