The general idea is to use something different with object you normally would not use to do that!
I believe I saw something very similar to this on Pinterest but with vegetables... maybe I do not remember properly!
This recipe was desgined for 6 muffins for 2 persons.

Before everything, turn on the oven.
Than cover up the muffins shape with the slices of bacon. This metal shapes can be bought at Pingo Doce. Make sure even the bottom has bacon. I used a piece of the slice of bacon to cover the bottom and the rest to finish the sides.



Eggs done, put some of it inside the forms and a small portion of the spices. I only use 4 eggs, if your forms is bigger than mine you may need more eggs but easily you can prepare one or two more eggs.


Place everything in the oven! Stay very alert because this procedure is very quick and takes less than 5 minutes. And all done!!


The result was better and tastier than I expected. And because it was so easy to prepare I will do it more often.

In the end of last week I finally went to a concert that I was really anticipating for! I bought the ticket in January and had it on my fridge door with a magnet, just waiting for the concert.
On that day, I drove to Lisbon, city that I just love and the night was great, warm and cosy.

For some time I was listen to them on youtube and found some videos of them on concerts and my expectations was high. However the concert itself was greater than I expected and in the end I had this feeling of wanting more!

The concert had a absolute fantastic energy and I understand why artists like to play in Portugal, because we portuguese people can make anyone very welcome! The coliseum was full of fans anxious to hear them and they reciprocate the feeling!




I'm talking about Royal Blood. If you are a fan of Rock and Roll and you don't know them yet, you need to update yourself!
Royal Blood is a two man band, one drummer and one guitar and its all it take to make good music, with strong rhythm in great style.
I have this idea they will became a huge band one day! They have everything in the right place and the engines are running perfectly.

I'm sure I'm not the only one to aks this! Everyone who cooks daily and you see your frigde with boxes with leftovers of other pass meals and you think, what can I do with this and not sent it to the trash?

On the other day, I had in my frigde, one box with cooked brocolli, roasted chicken breast, 2 lonely eggs, half of onion already chopped and a small protion of fried chips. I looked to all that and remember to do something like I used to eat when I was a small child and we call it "old clothing". Basically you reused old pieces of pass meals and mix it all together, so you don't waste food!
So I did my own version of "Old Clothing".

Put in one fry pan, the onion and some olive oil. Let this cook for a minute than mix the brocolli and the chicken that you already chooped.

Another minute later, the chips and stir all very well.


Stir those 2 lonely eggs and add on the pan.



Mix it all, let the eggs cook very well and itsdone! Beside how quickly it takes, is also delicious and so super easy, you have one meal made in less than 5 minutes with only leftovers!

Normally Fashion is widely related to clothing, but it can be related to anything including furniture and home acessories.
I already wrote here that I'm a fan of Zara Home and how I like decoration. But I also like Vista Alegre.

The price range is veri different and even I like both a lot I never bought any pieces from Vista Alegre because is very expensive. However I like to take a look to their website once in a while.

Recently I discovered two colections that just amazed me!
One of which is Sea Colection. Obviously because of the sea motifs I would like, right? These are my favourite from this colection.




Another one is Emerald Colection, inspired at "Art-Nouveau". The result is brilliant and can imagine this in anyone home with a retro decoration.
These are my favourite pieces.

Today is Easter Friday and I took the opportunity to enjoy a couple of days off work and since monday I'm on holidays!
Regardless everybody asked me where I was going, thinking I would enjoy a few days off country, I did not!

For only 3 days of holidays plus weekend and bank holiday, I decided to stay at home, simply relax, enjoy my house, my dog and cats, finish my foot tattoo and take care of myself! I even bought flowers for my house.
I also decided to take into my house a new dog! Bia.


She is my foster care for the next couple of weeks and hopefully she may recovered from her illness and find a forever home pretty soon.

As you may know, I'm a volunteer at local animal charity, Bianca, and Bia was abandoned a few months early and since she's at the shelter her health became weak. Her skin is very damaged, dry and lack of fur. She easily have wounds out of the blue that infect and so far all blood tests came negative, so this may be a result of stress.

I'm a very calm and patiente person and my dog is the best in the world! He allows other animals in my house without problem and is a patiente dog as well a good rol model.
Hopefully Bia will became more relax and improve her helath condition. This is why I took her into my house.

I spent the last days enjoying my free time, having lunch in Sesimbra right in front of the beach, walking around in Castle of Sesimbra, Cape of Espichel and I also went to Lisbon for a concert, which I will talk about it in another post, very soon.
