Recipe: Strogonoff of Tofu


Everyday I get more and more vegetarian, and I cook more non-meat recipes.

Strogonoff  of tofu is pretty simple and you can cook it in just 5 minutes!

You will need:
- 1/4 chopped onion;
- 2 pieces of garlic;
- 1/3 of natural tofu,chopped in cubes;
- light cream;
- mushrooms;
- Salt and pepper.

Start by cooking the onion, garlic in sesame oil than add the mushrooms. Let it cook well than you mix the chopped tofu, a bit of salt and pepper.
Natural tofu will cook very fast so just in a couple of minutes, it will be ready.
In the end, put some light cream, cook for another minute and its ready!
Goes very well with rice.
